Developer Wesley Greene's love for Asheville was formed early on. As a child growing up in nearby Morganton, N.C., Wesley would visit the city monthly on trips to his grandparents. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he settled in Asheville — one of his first homes in the city was on Mills Gap Road, at the base of the mountain on which Pinchot Forest is located. It was walking on this mountainside, with its amazing views and old-growth forest, that the vision for Pinchot Forest began to take shape.
In addition to his degree from USC, Wesley also holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and has been a licensed real-estate broker since 2002.
To bring Pinchot Forest to life, Wesley assembled an outstanding professional team, which includes acclaimed residential architect Christopher Phelps (Christopher Phelps & Associates, Charlotte, NC) and Melrose Design Group (Arden, NC), a landscape architectural firm with extensive experience in creating, cultivating and protecting stunning mountain landscapes.

Pinchot Forest is located just off Hendersonville Road at Mills Gap and Pinners Cove, providing you with easy access to downtown, top-notch medical facilities, the interstate, and the airport, as well as south Asheville's wealth of shopping and dining.
